Consumer Products
The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) Section 101 limits the lead content of paint and similar surface-coating materials for consumer use to 90 ppm after August 14, 2009. In addition, the Act limits the amount of lead in products designed or intended primarily for children twelve and younger to 100 ppm after December 31, 2011. HON Compliance
Children’s products manufactured by The HON Company have been tested to demonstrate compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act. This applies to the models listed below in the Applicable Products section.

Tracking and Labeling
For tracking and labeling purposes, a bar coded serial number label is affixed to each product which identifies the product serial number, place and date of manufacture and phone number for HON customer service. Copies of the test reports are available upon request from HON customer service (800.833.3964) or on-line in the Test Reports table, below.
